First I want to say that I like it, it's a nice vanilla with an orchid accord, I love vanilla fragrances what's not to like? As I've sprayed more of it, the scent has started to come out of its shell, and I love it; I don't have to spray as much anymore to get the full effect. it can come with a strong smell of alcohol but wait a minute or 2 and it will settle quite nicely on my skin. I saw the notes and was so excited to try it but sadly for 'me' the notes of amber and musk comes out too strong to take in any other notes of the apple, florals and vanilla. My experimenting is over for a while though as some of these "cheapies" are just made with zero thought of the wearer in mind. It is one that's definitely aimed at pre-teens and my 13 year old cousin loved it so it was not wasted.
I appreciate it's simplicity and it's a great option if you want something sweet but not sickly sweet!
If i spray this in my hair i get little wafts of it all the time i am surprised so many people think it is boring. I think it makes it just A BIT unique and special, but yet again Body Fantasy Vanilla is much stronger and smells very similar but doesn’t capture the nostalgia and doll head note. The packaging is very fun and fantasy-based, and the shiny black and purple coloring with the white dots and dramatic yet playful font precisely represents how the fragrance actually smells.
It’s inoffensive, girly and young and it’s great for a young person or a young at heart who would like a little pick-me-up through the day.
